Reese’s dedication to Pilates is born from a powerful personal recovery. After a 2017 car accident led to eight months of physical therapy for spinal and shoulder injuries, she turned to Pilates to reclaim her strength. What began as a tool for healing became a lifelong practice of rebuilding stability and mobility from the inside out.
With a foundation in yoga that began in childhood, Reese has always possessed a deep sense of body awareness. By bridging that early mind-body connection with the technical precision of Pilates, she helps her clients master core stability and breath control for lasting wellness. In Reese’s sessions, you can expect a focused, intentional workout that prioritizes full-body alignment, balance, and the kind of strength that supports you far beyond the studio walls.
