Annalisa’s journey into movement began as a personal mission: a determined effort to heal the chronic pain and structural imbalances that had long limited her own mobility. What started as a path to self-recovery transformed into a calling when she discovered a natural gift for body assessment and a deep joy in guiding others toward their own relief.

Annalisa’s expertise is grounded in significant clinical experience. Having shadowed her Master Teacher in a physical therapy setting, she developed a keen eye for rehabilitating complex injuries of the spine and joints. Her background also includes specialized work in women’s health, where she has supported clients through breast cancer recovery, the pre- and post-natal journey, and pelvic health.

Known for her "out-of-the-box" thinking and intuitive, hands-on approach, Annalisa creates a supportive, intentional space at In Movement Pilates for every body to thrive.
