Originally from Riga, Latvia, Alina’s foundation in movement began with professional ballet. Her dance career eventually brought her to the United States, where she was introduced to the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® by her close friend and mentor, Devon Dionne. This discovery opened a new world of understanding for Alina, revealing the profound healing and strengthening power of the method.

Alina is a highly versatile trainer, having completed extensive coursework in GYROTONIC® Levels 1 and 2, the Jumping Stretching Board, GYROTONER®, ARCHWAY™, and specialized Pre/Postnatal Applications. She is passionate about helping clients unlock greater flexibility and strength through this fluid, rhythmic body of work. With her technical precision and graceful approach, Alina looks forward to guiding you on your own path to movement and connection.
