Join In Movement Pilates for Align with a Cause, a charity class day and part of Move with Purpose, our ongoing commitment to giving back to our community. This event supports Homeless Not Toothless, a Los Angeles nonprofit that provides free dental care to people experiencing homelessness.
Pick the reformer class that fits your schedule, then stay for an inspiring talk and Q&A with Dr. Jay Grossman. Whether you're a longtime client or brand new to the studio, every level is welcome. All you need is yourself and a willingness to move.
